At Rajasthan Cultural Tours by Uday Ventures, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms for cancelling bookings, requesting refunds, and making changes to confirmed tours.

By booking a tour with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email or through the contact details provided on our website.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

• 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund (excluding any non-refundable third-party charges).
  
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  
• No-show or unused services: No refund.
  

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including:

• Monument or attraction entrance tickets already purchased
  
• Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates
  
• Flight or train tickets booked on your behalf (if applicable)
  
• Special permits or government fees
  
• Payment gateway, bank, or currency conversion charges
  

These charges are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

3. Booking Changes

If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary after confirmation, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Additional costs from hotels, transport providers, or other suppliers may apply.

4. Cancellation by Rajasthan Cultural Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
  
• Natural disasters
  
• Government restrictions
  
• Civil disturbances
  
• Safety concerns
  
• Operational reasons
  

Where possible, we will offer:

• An alternative tour or travel date, or
  
• A refund for services that cannot be provided.
  

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
  
• Floods
  
• Earthquakes
  
• Pandemics
  
• Government actions
  
• War or civil unrest
  
• Transport strikes
  
• Road closures
  

In such situations, refunds will be considered based on recoverable costs from our suppliers.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway fees may be deducted where permitted.
